Skor Bark
Ingredients
- 1 sleeve of saltine crackers
- 1 cup of butter
- ½ cup of brown sugar
- 12 ounces of semi-sweet chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°
- Line a jelly roll pan with parchment paper. Lay saltines in a single layer
- Melt butter and sugar in a saucepan over medium-high heat. Bring to a boil and cook for 3 minutes
- Pour over saltines and bake for 8-10 minutes
- Immediately sprinkle on chocolate chips and spread until smooth
